If we establish a mutual fit, we immediately enter the Audit phase. This is our proprietary, deep-diligence framework. Over 2 to 3 weeks, we work closely with you to stress-test the entire industrial vehicle you are trying to build. We dig heavily into your projected Bill of Materials (BOM), your supply chain vulnerabilities, target enterprise ROI, and operational blind spots.

Step 3: Output & Partnership

The Audit is designed to uncover the hard truths of scaling physical technology. Coming out of this process, founders receive our absolute conviction and a suite of institutional assets designed to accelerate their next phase of growth.​
